If our tutorial does not answer your questions, the following is a compilation of most of the common technical issues that users might experience when viewing the Mesa Arts Center Web site, along with their associated resolutions.

When reporting issues to the Web site administrator, you can assist us by supplying the following information as part of your email:
- A screen capture of the page you are having a problem with. To create a screen capture, use the “Print Screen” key on your keyboard (upper right typically), and then “paste” the screen capture into your email or an attachment.
- The name of the page where the error occurred. This is in the “Address” bar at the top of your browser window (what follows the http://).
- What type of browser you are using, and its version level. This can usually be obtained by selecting the “Help” option in the menu bar at the top of your browser screen, then selecting “About”. Look for a line that says “Version” or “Release”.
- How you are connecting to the Internet. Are you using a modem, a high-speed Cable or DSL connection, or some other method? Are you accessing the Web site from Home or from Work?
- This Web site will be best viewed if you utilize Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or later, and use a screen area size of at least 800x600 pixels.
Q: I cannot open the electronic ticket file that was email to me.
A: You must have Adobe Reader version 5.0 at a minimum to view the tickets pdf file. To obtain the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the image below.
Q: I cannot login to purchase tickets, signup for your mailing list, purchase a membership or make a donation.
A: You need to update your browser to the latest version. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser, you must be at least at version 6 to use these interactive feature on the Web site. To obtain the free Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 – click here.
Q: On the main homepage, or on the Performing Arts, Mesa Contemporary Arts or Arts Studio homepages, I am seeing empty “boxes” where images are supposed to be.
A: These pages use Macromedia Flash to display images and advertisements. To view these items, you must download and install Macromedia Flash Player. If you have Flash Player installed, it must be at least at version 6. To obtain the free Macromedia Flash Player – click here.
Q: When I select an event from the homepage, or try to use the website “Calendar” feature, I am taken to a page that says, “No results exist for the selected criteria”.
A: You must enable “cookies” for the Mesa Arts Center Web site, in order to view event details and use the Calendar functions. If you are using Internet Explorer, select “Tools”, and then “Internet Options” from the menu bar at the top of your browser screen. Select the “Privacy” tab to review cookie settings. You cannot have the “Block All Cookies” option set. Any of the other privacy settings should allow these functions to work. It is also possible that you may need to change firewall or antivirus application settings to allow cookies for the Web site.
Q: When I purchase tickets or a membership, or make a donation, I am not getting a receipt for my transaction.
A: These functions use “pop-up” windows to deliver receipts to customers. If you utilize pop-up blocking software, you must allow pop-ups (enable) in order to receive receipts and other transaction information.
Q: I cannot download documents from the Web site.
A: We use Adobe Acrobat PDF files for all downloads. In order to download the PDFs, you must install the Adobe Acrobat Reader. To obtain the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the image below.
