The Valley's largest storytelling event celebrates the art of storytelling, a love of reading and the power of the imagination. National, regional and youth talent gather to share a wide array of stories from folk tales to tall tales to tales from all over the globe. Following last year's record attendance and sold-out concerts, the Storytelling Festival has been extended to three days. The free festival on Saturday includes food and vendor booths, live music and stories from regional and youth tellers. The national tellers will all appear indoors on the beautiful stages at Mesa Arts Center.
El Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Consulate General of Mexico in Phoenix invites the community to participate in El Dia de los Muertos at Mesa Arts Center. El Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday to honor and celebrate loved ones who have passed away.
This celebration features an artist Mercado showcasing an assortment of traditional and contemporary merchandise, jewelry, and arts and crafts from several local artisans. Live artist demonstrations, artist workshops, altar contests, hands- on educational activities, and live traditional music and dance will also be part of the festivities. Participate in the community altar and procession! A variety of food and beverages from featured local restaurants will be available. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind cultural festival!
Holiday Art and Music Festival

The annual Holiday Art & Musical Festival will feature original works of art for sale by several local and regional artists, live entertainment showcasing local talent on two stages, artist demonstrations in Glassblowing, Metals and Ceramics, children’s activities, and a variety of food from featured local restaurants. Come to Mesa Arts Center to kick off the holiday season at this fun-filled community festival! Admission is free to the public.
