Public Art - The city of Mesa creates public art opportunities for temporary artwork to be installed at the new Mesa Arts Center. These projects coincide with the Center’s public art master plan and provide an excellent opportunity for local emerging artists, as it is a high-visibility location in a growing arts and cultural district.
