Q: Why do the advertised prices appear higher than the prices I choose from in the Box Office Ticketing system?
A: Like other venues, there are fees associated with purchasing tickets, we advertise the full price of the ticket including most of these fees (not taxes) in order to give you a clearer picture of your total ticket price.
Q. I am having trouble with this website, what should I do?
A: If you are having trouble purchasing tickets online, please call the Box Office (480-644-6500) for help. Some computer recommendations before you call:
- Enable "Pop-ups" on your browser
- Use an internet browser other than AOL
- Make sure your browser allows "cookies"
- Choose "yes" if a security alert box appears when entering the online box office. This box is asking if you want to proceed, so you must choose "yes" in order to purchase tickets through the online box office.
Q. What's the best way to get news, special offers, and information about Mesa Arts Center programs and events?
A: Sign up for Mesa Arts Center's mailing list through this web site - click on "Join mailing list" or call the Box Office at 480-644-6500. We often email patrons to alert them of special, last minute offers, so please make sure to include your email address.
Make sure your account gives us permission to mail and email you, by changing the default settings from "No" to "Yes" when the form asks for this permission.
You must join online or via the Box Office, please do not send emails requesting to be added, as individuals cannot create a mailing account on your behalf.

Q. When did Mesa Arts Center open?
A. Mesa Contemporary Arts and Art Studios opened in Spring 2005. The Theaters opened on September 17, 2005.
Q. How can I get the best tickets for Performing Live and Stageworks?
A. Season and single tickets are on sale by mail, internet, fax, phone and walk up ordering.
Members have the opportunity to purchase tickets first, before they go on sale to the general public. To find out more about the Members Circle benefits, click here.
Q. Can I buy tickets on the web?
A. Mesa Arts Center offers the ability to purchase tickets on the Internet through our online Box Office-Click here. We also participate in ShowUp.com ticket promotions.
Q. What determines the cost of the events, shows and performances?
A. The price of the event depends on negotiations with the artist. We offer events at a full range of prices, including many free events.
Q. What kind of artists and programs are presented in the Theaters?
A. The Performing Live season consists of a full range of professional, national and international artists and productions - Broadway, theater, jazz, family events, dance, classical music, pop artists, and comedy.
Q. What local groups perform in the Theaters?
A. The Theaters will be the "home" venue for the following Founding Affiliate companies:

Q. What are the arrangements for parking?
A. There is ample free parking (about 2,000 spaces) within the two blocks surrounding Mesa Arts Center. Handicapped parking is available on a site surface lot, and a patron curbside drop-off/pull-in area is located on Main Street. The City is studying and putting together a plan for future parking needs. Click here for more parking information.
Q. Can I go on a tour of the Center?
A. Mesa Arts Center is open to the public.
Guided tours are available each Wednesday at Noon and are FREE to the public. Please be sure to make a reservation for your group as reservations are required for tours. Please call
